Price Matching:
We will price match any authorized dealer. In fact we will take it 1 step further; if you find the same item offered for less by an authorized dealer within 30 days of your purchase, show us the ad or official written quote and we will give you 150% of the difference as a credit towards your next purchase of scuba diving equipment from us.
Unauthorized Dealers:
Paragon Dive Adventures is an authorized dealer for all the products we offer. We will match or beat any authorized dealer's prices. Moreover, we will match any unauthorized or grey-market dealers, as well. Unauthorized dealers cannot provide the full manufacturer's warranty on these products, but we can. Please allow us 2-3 business days to confirm that the unauthorized dealer has the item in stock at the price you have indicated. If this unauthorized dealer has the product in stock at the price indicated, we will match their price and provide the full manufacturer's warranty.
Discounts:
We offer a variety of discounts for a variety of groups. If you are in one of these groups and you have a discount code, just apply it at checkout, and your discount will automatically be calculated and your total adjusted.
Discounted items may not be eligible for free shipping and are not applicable to "Sale" or "Used" items. If your discount code is not working, reach out to us, and we would be happy to help.
Dive Industry Professionals:
If you are an active dive industry professional, please reach out to us about a special program just for you. Proof of active professional status with a training agency will be required prior to being enrolled in our industry professional program. Our program gives you access to some amazing pro-pricing and other incentives.
Of Note:
Price matching and discounting does NOT apply to products from the following manufacturers: Atomic, BARE, Hollis, Oceanic, Stahlsac Suunto, and Zeagle.
Furthermore, other items are not eligible for a discount. In that case, your discount code will not apply or work for those items. If you have any questions about this, please reach out directly. We reserve the right to enforce the policies of our vendors.
