REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES of PRODUCTS

All unused products, with the exception of perishable items such as absorbent, oxygen cells, air/enriched air/tri-mix, etc, may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.  Products for refund or exchange must include their original packaging and be in perfectly new condition.

Some additional non-returnable items; gift cards, downloadable software products, used items, sale/clearance items, custom/special orders or discontinued products, custom masks with optical lenses

To process and complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer even if it was shipped to you directly from the manufacturer. All returns need to be shipped back directly to our Tucson shop.

Partial refunds are granted under limited circumstances solely at the discretion of Paragon Dive Group, LLC; Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

REFUND PROCESSING:

Once your return is received back at our Tucson shop and is inspected by our team, we will send you an email, text, or phone call to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the returned product meets the conditions as stated above, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Once this is applied it can take 1-5 days to show up depending on your bank processing.

All refunds are subject to a 5% re-stocking fee and the initial shipping cost. 

When we process your refund we don't get the credit card processing fees back. To offset this and not take a loss because you changed your mind we implement this fee. This fee can be waived by accepting store credit instead of a refund. 

If the return doesn’t meet the above conditions, we will return the item to you (at your shipping expense) if you so desire.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at SCUBA@ParagonDive.com

EXCHANGES:
Please note: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges. This includes shipping the original item back to us and the cost to ship the new item back to you. Shipping is your sole responsibility.

Once we receive and process your exchange, Paragon Dive Group, LLC will notify you via email with an updated shipping invoice.
GIFTS:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a digital gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the purchaser had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the original purchaser.

REFUNDS OF TRAINING FEES:

Generally speaking, training fees are not eligible for refund.

Paragon Dive Group, LLC will consider refunds (full or partial) when there are extenuating circumstances but, in any event, these refunds will be solely at Paragon Dive Group, LLC’s discretion. If we are notified that you need to reschedule the course well in advance we will do everything we can to get you rescheduled in a timely manner.

If you are a no call/no show to the course there will absolutely be no refunds and you will not be eligible to be rescheduled to another course.

REFUNDS OF DIVE TRIP/TRAVEL FEES

For trips to San Carlos or Lake Pleasant, trip fees are eligible for full refund less a 5% credit card processing fee when requested at least 30 days prior to the trip.  Between 15-30 days prior to the trip, these trip fees are eligible for a credit transfer to a later trip.  No refunds will be granted when there is less than 14 days prior to the trip.

For trips to other locations, trip deposits are eligible for refund less a 5% credit card processing fee no less 90 days prior to the trip, unless otherwise stated in the trip info.  Once the final payment due for a trip has passed, fees are no longer eligible for refund, though at Paragon Dive Group, LLC’s sole discretion, exceptions might be made due to extenuating circumstances for a credit to future travel. 

Paragon Dive Group, LLC reserves the right to cancel or modify trip itineraries.  In the case of cancellation, 100% of funds paid will be credited for a future trip
